The session should create a comparison between guessing alone and being coached professionally. Teach setup, form, tempo, focus, and a clearer direction.
The goal is not to crush the person. The goal is to educate, coach, build trust, and show the value of working with a professional.
After the session, the trainer should summarize what was seen and recommend the right next step based on the client’s goal and obstacles.
